Seek Purpose and
Passion from your past:

The law of two feet applies to all aspects of life, if something isn’t serving you, you have the power to move.

Control was fuel for me, it was a copying mechanism and an object of illusion that my life allowed me the protections of my heart and soul without the results of playing on my emotions.

Climbing her way to the bottom:

A corporate title and fancy paycheck aren’t always as they seem to be on the outside. Sometimes, when things are portrayed as the “face of fine”, the inside is actually crumbling. I share how climbing the corporate ladder hasn’t always led me to the top, but actually further towards an unexpected bottom. Health issues can stem from burnout and stress, which we carry home from the workplace. I share my personal journey from crawling being a forward motion, to betting on myself and owning intention in and out of the workplace.

Play that Tape:

Life needed to change after ten years of hardcore drinking, blackout nights, living paycheck to paycheck, and four arrests. I share my journey from the darkness of my addiction and the light that can shine through the cracks in a jail cell window. No stone left unturned, I discuss emptiness, brokeness, and purpose within. I use my past as an asset to help others on their journey, not just in recovery, but living life to the fullest regardless of our past.

Shedding to Surrender

The more we try to control situations and outcomes in our lives, the more out of control our situations can get. Surrender is not easy, especially when things don’t happen on our timelines. We tend to grasp tighter to control, in order to get the outcome or results that we want. In this talk, I will share the tools and tips I have discovered in my life, and still implement on a daily basis that have guided me on how to release control, and embrace life’s unexpected surprises.

Working your AND:

Life doesn’t have to be this or that. Two truths can exist at the same time. Attendees will dive in on an honest look at where they currently are and where they want to be. The hustle and bustle of today’s culture always pushes us to do more, be more, strive for more. Why can’t we ever just BE.This experiential breaks down the walls to provide capacity, space, grace and permission in your AND seasons.

A New Pair of Glasses

The way we view things in life matter. In this session attendees will uncover, discover, and discard various aspects of their life. This breakout provides different perceptions on the same environment, understanding that life is still life, it’s how we chose to show up, view things and how we adjust to adversity and challenges. Our viewpoints change, when we have the courage to look at things through a new lens.
